Customer Survey $500 Gift Card Drawing

Allstar Holdings LLC, 6500 Carlson Dr., Eden Prairie, MN 55346, on behalf of its participating brands: A&M Home Services, Allstar Construction, Arocon, CoMo Premium Exteriors, Galloway Roofing, Kingdom Roofing Systems, Krech Exteriors, Rapid Roofing, Royalty Roofing, Tadlock Roofing, Twin Cities Siding & Roofing, and Worthmann Roofing & Gutters.
Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents 18 or older. Employees of Sponsor and its brands, and their immediate families and household members, are not eligible.
Entry period
Entries are accepted from October 30, 2026 through November 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT.
How to enter
Complete the customer survey and provide your name and email address. To enter without completing the survey, email marketing@allstarservicesnow.com with your name, phone number and "Survey Drawing" in the subject line, received by November 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT. Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method.
Prize
One (1) $500 Visa gift card. Approximate retail value: $500. No cash or substitutes, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for any taxes.
Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner selection
One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on or about November 23, 2026, and notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be chosen.
Privacy
Information collected is used to run the drawing and the survey and is handled according to Sponsor's privacy policy.
Winner name
For the winner's name, email marketing@allstarservicesnow.com by December 23, 2026.
General conditions
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries, or for technical problems.
Release
By accepting the prize, the winner releases Sponsor and its brands from any claims related to the drawing or the prize.
Governing law
This drawing is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
